Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
If you are on a paid subscription, you can cancel your plan at any time. You will still continue to enjoy all paid benefits as per your subscribed plan, until the end date of your plan.

There would not be any refunds on cancellation of your subscription, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You will still continue to enjoy all paid benefits as per your subscribed plan, until the end date of your plan.
In the event of account deactivation / suspension or termination of your account.
We shall not refund any money paid towards any paid plan in case of deactivation / suspension / restriction / termination of any user account in the above-mentioned circumstances. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Request Process
To initiate a refund or cancellation, customers must provide their order or invoice number, proof of payment, and a brief description of the issue. Requests can be made via: Email: contact@lexapar.com
Processing Timeline
Refund and cancellation requests are acknowledged within 30 business days. Eligible refunds will be processed within 30-45 business days to the original payment method. Cancellations will take effect immediately upon approval; paid benefits remain available until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Method
Refunds are credited back to the original source of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or bank account). Transaction fees and applicable GST or tax charges are not refundable as per regulatory norms.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if services are only partially rendered or technical faults have prevented full delivery, subject to Lexapar’s discretion and verification.
Exceptions, Disputes & Escalations
Refunds and cancellations are not processed for violations of terms, fraud, or contract breach. For further disputes or escalation, reach out to contact@lexapar.com or use our online support portal. Lexapar is committed to the resolution of disputes within 30 business days of escalation.
